Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Denter to join our team in Kuwait. As a Denter, you will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies and structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive dent repair and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship.

Job Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Denter, with expertise in repairing automotive dents and bodywork.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred. Formal training or certification in automotive body repair is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in repairing dents, scratches, and damages on various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

Tools and Equipment: Must own and be proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment commonly used in automotive dent repair.

Panel Replacement: Ability to replace and repair damaged vehicle panels using appropriate techniques and materials.

Body Filler: Knowledge of applying body filler and performing finishing work to achieve a smooth and flawless surface.

Paint Preparation: Basic understanding of vehicle paint preparation, including sanding, priming, and masking.

Color Matching: Capability to match vehicle paint colors accurately.

Safety Awareness: Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex bodywork issues effectively.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure precise dent repair and bodywork finishing.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repair work performed, including parts used and materials.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other denters, painters, and support staff.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing vehicle makes and models and evolving repair techniques.
