Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Delivery Partners to join our team in Karnataka. As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience, possessing a valid driving license, and owning a vehicle.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver products promptly to customers' locations within the assigned territory.

2. Ensure the safety of goods during transportation and handle them with care.

3. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

4. Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries.

5. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.

6. Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain records of transactions.

7. Report any issues or concerns encountered during deliveries to the management team.

8. Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while driving.

9. Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed.

10. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Valid driving license.

2. Own vehicle (Two-wheeler or Four-wheeler).

3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects.

7. Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as per business requirements.

8. Immediate availability to join.
