 Must know - Production support process and managing the 2M USD engagement at onsite.

Must have worked in Production environment by Managing Incidents and Changes.

 Stakeholder coordination and report preparation knowledge

Familiarity with Multi server architecture with the combination of T24 TAFJ, AIX, WAS & Oracle stack

 Very good understanding of T24 system, AA and Must have experience in pack preparation and deployment procedure.

 Working exposure managing the BAU engagements
