• Plan and implement a training plan to cover both current and future needs
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers
• Ensure the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Sourcing trainer profiles
• To create and execute trainer upskilling plan
• Coordinate with internal operations team, IT team and customer to setup the training delivery.
• Coordination and Delivery of Training including Pre and Post Training activities
• Measure the effectiveness of the training program and plan improvement methods as required
• Create Public schedule
• Maintain and share the daily and weekly reports on trainer calendar
• Ensuring and reminding trainers to collect feedback in each training class.
• Ensuring feedback as per norms strive to improve the feedback
• Join customer tech calls with trainers and provide them with resolutions / training scheduling options. Coordinate between trainer and customer to set the expectations and schedule the training program
• Research curriculum actively and remain up to date on developments and current trends.
• Respond to escalations and requests from customers and provide after-sales support
• Maintain strong inter-personal communication skills.
• In addition, you will support the People Operations teams across our range of venues in the design and delivery of learning and development activities for major events.
