Expert in Atlassian Products like Jira, Confluence and Bit Bucket, and a Set of Related Applications and Apps (add-ons) Defined as Part of the Core Offering, such as Apps Used for Advanced Workflow Changes and Scripting. Must have Experience from Using Server Deployment Option, and a Basic Understanding of Datacenter and Cloud. Application Administrator with Several Years of Experience in Administrating Business Critical Applications in An Enterprise Environment. Some Basic Knowledge of Scripting is Preferred to Allow for Advanced Customization.

Must Be Able to Set Up Basic Integration of all Atlassian Tools and other Common Development/devops Tools. Good Understanding of Itil Processes, Itil Certification Would Be An Advantage. Experience in Coordinating with Multiple Team, Vendors and Stakeholder to Ensure Smooth Incident Management and Quality of Service. Experience in Software License Management or Asset Management. Should have Experience in Managing Support Team, Should have Experience in Service Transition and Service Operations. Should have Worked in Client Facing Role. Excellent Communication Willing to Work in Shifts to Provide More Overlap to Us Customer.
