• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements and enabling the QA team to understand the same
• Understanding client needs and proactively suggesting ways to work things out efficiently
• Knowledge of online applications, websites, and digital campaigns like SEM, Social Ads
• Preparing wireframe designing and help the client in creating landing pages & microsites
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen, and interface designs.
• Communicating with the internal design and development team to understand the bottlenecks and work on the issues to fix the same.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring the number of monthly meetings target is met.
• Identifying challenges in the existing outsourced model for the clients and map capabilities against each challenge.
• Determine growth opportunities in the existing business verticals.
• Take a solutioning and consultative approach to ensure clients' challenges are mitigated.
• Prepare proposals and review contract documents for new and existing clients
• Closing monthly financials on-time
