Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements and enabling the QA team to understand the same

Understanding client needs and proactively suggesting ways to work things out efficiently

Knowledge of online applications, websites, and digital campaigns like SEM, Social Ads

Preparing wireframe designing and help the client in creating landing pages & microsites

Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen, and interface designs.

Communicating with the internal design and development team to understand the bottlenecks and work on the issues to fix the same.

Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring the number of monthly meetings target is met.

Identifying challenges in the existing outsourced model for the clients and map capabilities against each challenge.

Determine growth opportunities in the existing business verticals.

Take a solutioning and consultative approach to ensure clients' challenges are mitigated.

Prepare proposals and review contract documents for new and existing clients

Closing monthly financials on-time
