Key Responsibilities:

1) Project Delivery Management:

* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, with a specific focus on Appian and UI Path solutions and their integration.

* Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery within timelines and budget.

* Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

2) Technical Architecture:

* Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure architectures for Appian and UI Path solutions, including their integration.

* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

* Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural principles and design patterns.

3) Team Leadership:

* Manage and mentor a team of developers, architects, and other technical professionals.

* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

4) Solution Design and Implementation:

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions involving Appian and UI Path.

* Develop and document solution architectures, including system components, interfaces, and integration points.

* Oversee the implementation of integrated Appian and UI Path solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

5) Continuous Improvement:

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into solution designs where appropriate.
