Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to join our team. The Delivery Boy will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our customers in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Collect delivery items from our warehouse or designated pickup points.

Safely transport items to their destination, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.

Verify the accuracy of items before delivery, cross-checking against delivery orders.

Collect the correct amount of payment from customers, if applicable, and provide receipts.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.

Assist in loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle, if required.

Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional during interactions with customer.
