It Helps In Transfer Of Goods Like Food , Clothes, Groceries , Electronics And So On Only Within A Range Of 10Kgs. Daily Payment Cycle.

Job Description:

Delivery Of Goods In A Timely Manner.

Damage Of Goods Is Not Allowed.

Payment Structure:

Fixed Pay Of /-

Daily Payout Of 700(30X7=) minimum guarantee Will Be Credited For Delivery Boys Who Do Minimum Of 15 Orders In A Day.

In Addition To That Petrol Allowance Will Be Credited On The Same Date Based On Number Of Kilometers Driven While Delivery(Includes Pick Up Distance Also).

Incentives:

If A Delivery Executive Does More Than 15 Orders In A Day, For Every Order Order After 15 Orders A Bonus Amount Of 20Rs To 80Rs Would Be Paid.

DELIVERY MORE THAN 10KMS would be considered as Double delivery

Rs1000 Incentive Would Be Given For Login More Than 26 Days In A Month.

Rs1000 Incentive For Making No Complaint Orders In A Month..

Note:

If The Delivery Person Cannot Do 20 Orders A Day, 6Rs Per Kilometer Would Be Given For The Order (Eg: 5Km Order= 30Rs)

In Addition To That Only Half Of Regular Petrol Allowance Amount Only Will Be Credited On The Same Date. (For Persons Doing Less Than 20 Orders)
