*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Boy to join our team. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering packages and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and in good condition.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Deliver packages and goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner

- Ensure that all deliveries are made to the correct address and recipient

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that all packages are properly secured and protected during transit

- Use navigation tools and maps to plan the most efficient delivery route

- Collect payment from customers, as required

- Report any issues or concerns to management, including traffic, road conditions, or customer complaints

*Requirements:*

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- Reliable vehicle, with a valid registration and insurance

- Ability to lift and carry packages of up to 50 pounds

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of navigation tools and maps

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a related field

- Knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns

- Ability to speak multiple languages

- Basic mechanical knowledge, to perform routine maintenance on the vehicle

*Working Conditions:*

- Work will be performed in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent stops and starts
