Debt Collection Executive
We need your customer service and negotiation skills.
Charter is recruiting for Debt Collections Executives as it continues to grow and deliver outstanding debt management services to its customers across Australia & New Zealand. We already have a great reputation for providing outstanding service delivery to some of the top global banks and telecom companies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, keep records of all conversations and transactions in our Database
- Frequently attend client briefing, meetings and trainings
Must have
- At least 1 year experience in managing customer interactions in a contact centre environment.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage work efficiently
- Strong English Language, Communication, Listening & Negotiation Skills to effectively engage with customers
- Basic computer Skills and willingness to work in shifts
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the debt collection and receivables management .
- Decision making skills and team management experience
Location: Cochin
Salary: Negotiable
