We are looking for an experienced & dynamic candidate for the post of Dean at our newly established Law School at Lords University, Alwar, Rajasthan. Our vision is to establish a world class Law School and we strive to be amongst the best Law Schools in the country. We are looking for candidates who share our vision and can help us reach our goal. A candidate with a strong administrative experience if found suitable would be given complete autonomy over the functioning of the law school.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise the Assistant or Associate, Program Assistant, Student Legal Services, and Student Senate Office Operation.
· Responding to student academic concerns and seeks resolution.
· Assisting in the establishment of and support for the orderly and regular review of programs and curriculum.
· Implementing academic policies established by the University.
· Leading the faculty, to achieve the mission of the school in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service.
· Building consensus across diverse faculty, student, information technology services, marketing, and finance, thereby, setting a strategic direction for the success of the program.
· Coordinate the Students of Concern Committee & Concerned Staff
· The Dean shall identify, appoint and lead partners for the development of courses.
· Enhance reporting and tracking tools for Faculty and course information. Ensure that the needs of all law school programs are represented in designs of future technology advancements and curriculum guides.
· Ensure high functioning service standards by using current technology for all registration processing, exams, enrollment, degree verification, academic record maintenance, and reporting.
