The ideal candidate should possess a track record of taking significant initiatives to enhance and support teaching, learning, and assessments.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in research and academic administration within a private or public university system, preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Dean, Director, Head of Department, or an equivalent role. It is also essential that they possess proven credentials such as publications, R&D projects, patents, and technologies generated, as well as teaching methodologies developed. These experiences and credentials will play a crucial role in evaluating the candidate's suitability for the position.
Desired Candidate Profile
(i) Doctorate in Computer Science & Engineering
(ii) 10-15 years of experience in teaching and/or research of which five years should be in a position of responsibility of Professor or equivalent.
(iii) The desired candidate should have evidence of exceptional leadership skills and notable accomplishments in teaching and organizing educational activities.
