Job Description

Experience in Hyperion Technical Support and administration.

Sound knowledge in Hyperion installation, configuration and troubleshooting activities in a distributed environment.

Sound Knowledge on EPM issue troubleshooting, performance tuning and patching activities

Sound Knowledge on EPM infrastructure administration activities.

Hyperion Shared Services, Provisioning & Life Cycle Management.

Perform the Hyperion Planning, Essbase , PBCS Developer tasks related to the implementation project

Hyperion Essbase , Planning, HFM, PBCS, FDMEE - Break/Fix support and migration

Monitoring and tying out the daily data loads

Monitoring performance, logs, backups, events, applications, scripts &jobs

Maintenance Tasks - including tuning of Essbase and Calculations scripts, patch mgmt., log file mgmt., restarting services & servers and assisting IT infra team

Fair knowledge on windows scripting, PowerShell scripting, batch scheduler.

Triage Support

Creation of Problem Ticket for reoccurring, non-routine, high Impacting issues

Co-ordinate with stakeholders for incidents, problem tickets
