Responsibilities:
Enter data into our computer database accurately and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the database.
Update and maintain our database as needed.
Prepare and organize data for input into our system.
Ensure that all data entered is accurate and up-to-date.
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven data entry experience or related administrative experience.
Excellent typing and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
