 Monitoring the vehicle usage, Tracking of vehicle

 Voucher Or Trip Activity closer in Software

 Invoice generation.

 Following up for LPO.

 Updating Index summary

 Online Invoice Submission to Customers software or need to send online

 Retrieving documents upon request.

 Issuance of Voucher book and maintain its record

 Monthly prepare and present report of all pending activity closing and LPO pending to your supervisor

 Creating additional revenue through drivers by tracking & allocating them on Uber

 Maintaining driver attendance

 Payment Follow up

 Reconciliation of Orders with respect to invoice generation, Invoice submission, payment collection

 Renewal follow up of various documents like, Visa / EID / Passport/DL etc.
