Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately enter and process medical data and patient information .

2. Verify accuracy and completeness of information provided and follow up with necessary parties to obtain missing information

3. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations

4. Work closely with other members of the Accessioning Team to meet daily and weekly goals

5. Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the data entry process and communicate them to the appropriate parties

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all data entry activities

7. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on process improvements

8. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Lab Manager or other senior staff members
