• Should be able to setup font size, style, alignment, filter, format, etc.,
• Should be able to do basic setup like inserts picture, shapes, tables, header, footer, charts, etc.,
• Should be able to do page formatting and page setup.
• Should be able to write conditional expressions ( Using IF ).
• Ability to use Lookup and reference functions ( V lookup , H lookup , Index)
• Should be able to use V lookup to consolidate data from Multiple sheets
• Ability to use templates for standardization of worksheets.
• Should be able to format charts, use 3d graphs, bar and line chart together.
• Skill in modifying data in Excel / Chart so would automatically get updated in chart.
• Should know Pivot table creation, function, calculation, graph and formatting ( Removing old data , Grand total, sun -total etc.)
• Should be able to communicate good verbal and written in English Skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and support to seniors.
• Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, or optical scanners.
• Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, MS office, spreadsheet, database, or other company software.
• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
