Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Input data from various sources into databases or spreadsheets.

Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it.

Maintain and update existing data as needed.

Assist in generating reports and summaries as requested.

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify errors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
