Data Entry and Management:
Input, verify, and maintain accurate records of various types of data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
Update and cleanse existing datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Organize and manage large volumes of data/documents in a systematic and easily accessible manner.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Quality Assurance:
Review data entries for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information; rectify as needed to ensure high-quality output.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve data issues promptly.
Data Analysis Support:
Assist in generating reports or summaries based on the input data for further analysis as requested by team leads or managers.
Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficiency in data entry software, database management systems, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.
Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with data confidentiality principles and policies.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required):
Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques.
Experience with data cleansing and validation tools.
Basic understanding of data entry automation tools or software.
