Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling: Call customers and collect important data.

Data Entry: Enter and update customer information into our CRM system accurately.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Customer Support: Help with basic queries and keep records up to date.

Skills You Need:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (youll be using it daily).

Ability to type accurately in English.

Good communication skills for making and receiving calls.

Attention to detail to ensure data is entered correctly.

Salary of 12,000-15,000 per month based on experience and performance.

Work Schedule:

Only candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
