- Verify the accuracy and completeness of the entered data to ensure consistency and reliability.

- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information at all times.

- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

- Assist in generating reports and preparing financial statements as needed.

- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to data entry and accountancy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Encoder, preferably in an accountancy or finance setting.
