Execute all engagement programs via Email, SMS, and Whatsapp

Generate utilization reports & manage data distribution to various teams (engagement + CS team for outbound calling)

Measure the success of the engagement programs and help us identify the areas for improving the effectiveness

Reconcile all customer redemptions every month and update the master

Analyze the effectiveness of the outbound calling unit to enhance the efficiency consistently

Manage agency coordination for vernacular collaterals and other operations requirements.

Process Marketing & Network invoices and prepare the payout statements along with incentives for the outbound calling team

Welcome kit delivery rates and the reconciliation of invoices and delivery report for processing
