Role Overview:

The Data Analyst will support the Operational Manager by providing data-driven insights related to inventory and store performance. This role involves generating detailed reports, creating presentations, assisting with store operations, and traveling to various store branches in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data related to inventory and store performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Operational Manager and other departments to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and operational metrics using advanced Excel functions.

Advanced Excel Usage: Utilize advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros for in-depth data analysis and reporting.

Advanced PowerPoint Usage: Create visually appealing and informative presentations using advanced PowerPoint tools and features.

Trend Identification: Identify patterns and trends in data to optimize inventory management and improve store operations.

Problem-Solving: Provide data-driven recommendations to address operational challenges.

Store Assistance: Assist with store operations when needed.

Travel: Willingness to travel to different store branches in Navi Mumbai as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce () or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in an FMCG environment is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills for presenting data insights and recommendations.
