The responsibilities will include:

Ensure 24/7 functioning of the plant (as per SOP)

Work on completing functional/operational plant works under the supervision of the plant head.

Technical knowledge of civil works and of dairy quality controls is a must. The role includes day to day plant operations management and quality controls.

Attend all general electrical operations and ensure Continuous Supply of Power to the Plant without any interruption.

Support the management team in laying down systems and processes for plant operations.

Experience - Minimum 2-3 years of exp in Dairy Plant operations
