Cutting & Stitching Supervisor

The Cutting & Stitching Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cutting and stitching processes within the textile company. This role ensures that garments are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are completed on schedule. The Cutting & Stitching Supervisor will manage a team, coordinate with other departments, and drive improvements in processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Supervision and Team Management:

Lead, train, and manage cutting and stitching staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to team members based on production requirements.

Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity and morale.

Cutting Process Oversight:

Oversee the cutting process, ensuring accuracy in cutting patterns and fabrics according to specifications.

Ensure proper handling and storage of fabric and materials to prevent waste and damage.

Address any issues related to the cutting process, such as discrepancies in patterns or defects in fabric.

Stitching Process Oversight:

Supervise the stitching process to ensure garments are sewn according to design specifications and quality standards.

Monitor stitching equipment to ensure proper maintenance and operation.

Resolve any issues related to stitching, such as defects or deviations from the design.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that finished garments meet company's requirement and as per design only

Conduct regular inspections of cut pieces and stitched garments to identify and address any quality issues.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in cutting and stitching operations.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with other departments, such as design, production planning, and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders
