Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be in charge of managing inbound and outbound calls from patients to our support line. This will entail identifying the patient's problem, seeking advice from the doctor, and leading the patient through the therapy, method, technique, benefits, precautions, and post-treatment do's and don'ts, as well as essential pre- and post-treatment follow-ups.
Requirements
Qualification: - 12th & Graduates.
Communication Skills – English + Kannada + Hindi
Experience: - 6 months & 1 years in voice process
CTC: - /- to /-
(CTC is determined by interview performance and prior work experience.)
Working Hours: General Shift and Night Shift (extra 5000/- as night shift allowance)
Age limit: 20 to 30 years old.
Responsibilities
• Assisting patients with their problems and ensuring their satisfaction
• Arranges for all patients' appointments and referrals.
• Brainstorming conversion-boosting concepts.
• Developing knowledge of patient needs and trends to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty
• Serving as a backup when other employees are on leave
