Job Description

We are hiring for female Customer Care Executive Profile. The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

The roles and responsibilities of a customer care executive: 1. Take ownership of customer issues.

2. Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.

3. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

4. Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.

5. Team work

We are looking for Qualities/Skills: 1. For female's only

2. Excellent Communication skills.

3. Ability to multi-task

4. Attention to detail.

5. Competent technical knowledge.

Salary: Rs 15,000 CTC to 25,000 CTC

Experience: Fresher can apply with Excellent Communication skills

Education: Undergraduate can apply
