Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Calling Agent to join our team. The Calling Agent will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers, providing them with information about our products and services, scheduling appointments, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred, especially in the automotive sector.
Skills
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and persuade potential customers.
Proficient in using CRM software, telephony systems, and basic office software (., Microsoft Office).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
