Client: Telecom Company

Process: Inbound Customer Support (US Voice)

Salary: Rs. 17,000 to 22,000 per month

Shift Timing: 07:00 pm to 4:00 am

Working days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Experience: 1 to 4 years in the International voice process.

Qualification: Intermediate or above

Skills:

* Should have excellent communication skills (English).

* Good Interpretation skills.

* US or Neutral Accent.

* Good Telephone etiquette.

* Minimum of 1-year experience in any Voice Support. (Customer Support).

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
