The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
Ensure that all client inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing them with personalized and attentive service.
Communicate with the internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved.
Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and issues.
