Role and Responsibilities:

Resolves customer query/complaints/problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, escalating unresolved problems

Should be able to manage customer and vendor queries without being biased, adaptive and quick learner.

Requirements:

The candidate should have a Laptop / Desktop. Broadband connection.

He or she should be comfortable with WFH setup.
