Key Responsibilities:
Refund Processing: Handle security deposit refunds and ensure timely processing.
Vehicle Verification: Cross-check vehicle photos for damages and compliance before rental dispatch.
Fastag & Fuel Reimbursements: Validate and process fuel and toll expenses for rentals.
Traffic Violation Management: Monitor and process penalty notices, ensuring timely customer notifications and payments.
Customer Support Coordination: Address customer queries related to refunds, violations, and payments.
Ticket & Recovery Follow-ups: Track pending recoveries, coordinate follow-ups, and escalate issues when necessary.
Payment Reconciliation: Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist in financial tracking.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Any degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred: Prior experience in backend operations, finance, or customer service is a plus.
