Job Responsibilities for a Customer Support Representative of Logistic Domestic Inbound Process.

1. Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance.(Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails promptly and professionally.)

2. Managing order tracking and delivery updates(Assist customers in tracking their shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing accurate and timely information on logistics processes.)

3. Resolving customer complaints and escalations

4. Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution

5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation

6. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of company products and services to effectively cater to customer needs.

7. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and gather feedback for process improvement.
