Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Interaction: Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments and ensure timely collection.

🔹 Debt Management: Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up accordingly.

🔹 Reporting: Maintain records of collection activities, account statuses, and customer interactions.

🔹 Sales & Retention: Assist in telesales activities for customer retention and upselling opportunities.

🔹 Communication: Handle customer queries and provide support in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Communications, Business, or Finance).

✅ Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.

- Candidates with 1+ years of experience in collections, outbound sales, or customer support will be preferred.

✅ Skills:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English + Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

✅ Tech Proficiency:

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Comfortable handling customer interactions over calls and emails
