Job Description: -
We are looking for Customer Support Executive (Male candidates only), who can interact and process information in response to issues generated over email & Incoming calls related to our Software.
• Candidate should have good communication speaking skills in English; Hindi & Telugu. (Tamil or Kannda will be add on)
• Outstanding customer interaction skills and ability to handle any customer situation
• Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with clients & as well as with team members.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
• Providing customer support through emails & incoming calls.
• Attract potential customers by answering our Software and service-related questions & suggesting the right information about our product, based on customer’s information.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language is a must.
• Good typing speed is Required
• Team worker or Self-motivation Power.
• Energetic & self-motivated & team player.
• Good knowledge of computers and the Internet & ability to develop new skills.
• Must have Computer knowledge (MS- Office)
• Candidates knowing multi languages will be add on
• Candidates should be willing to travel other states for Product Training purpose
