Minimum Educational Qualification - Graduates.

Excellent English Communication Skills with fluent Hindi.

Neutral Indian Accent in English

Coordinating between the customers and technical team and resolving the issues.

Semi Voice Process(Call/eMail/Chat) predominantly Voice

Hard worker and quick learner.

Quick Adaptation to new ideas and methodology.

Flexibility with Rotational and Day Shifts (No Night shifts) between 9am IST to 7pm IST.

Must be flexible to extend in case of business requirements

A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.

Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office applications.
