Responsibilities
· Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Qualifications
· At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
· Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Instructions when creating the video:
1. The candidate must wear decent clothing, good enough to represent your center .(smart casual/formal/office attire).
2. The area where they will shoot their video must be well-lit.
3. The background must be solid white (or any light-colored background). Clothes hanging, scattered toys and/or kitchen utensils, and the likes do not depict professionalism
4. The environment must be free from any non-work-related noise (cats meowing, dogs barking, roosters crowing, children playing, people shouting, neighbors singing, things banging, loud vehicles passing by or honking, and the likes)
5. The delivery must be spontaneous and must not be obviously reading.
6. Check for humming noise brought about by poor wiring
