Job Description

Calling up stakeholders, Convince & Follow up to ensure maximum footfall for the event by pre-decided guest list & ensuring everyday all pre-decided slots are full.

2. Advance Weekly planning of the guests who will be visiting.

3. Ensure registration & identification of attendees to the event.

4. Escort the guests through the center & explain project components by giving a walkthrough

5. Collection of feedback & also video-bytes for promotional activities

6. Should be active on social media.
