Basic Requirements:-
Should be Min. 12th pass
Min. 6 months of experience in Support
Females preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Highly motivated with good communication (both English & Hindi) and listening skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Customer handling, Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Knowledge of GST will be a plus point
Responsibilities:-
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Preparing reports on customer’ needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate with team members and other departments in order to deliver the service on-time.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
