Handling of team of Customer Support Engineers of all over India along with
their visit planning. Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Logging of all Customer complaints. Analyzing data of site failures. Technical
support (On call / through email ) to customers as well as our Customer Support
Engineers to solve technical issues. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to
customers. Should able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. Properly
escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Desired profile of the candidate
BE in electronics with hands on experience in back office Customer complaint as
well as our Customer Support engineer complaints handling. Should be well
versed in logging of all customer complaint and analyzing of failures data.
Need to maintain trends of failures and the reason of occurrence for the
same. Good knowledge of testing of Electronic & Electro-Mechanical Instruments
along. Must be able to lead team and have good communication skill with sound
knowledge of Excel for reporting. Must knows products like Level / flow /
Pressure / Temperature Instrumentation companies like Electronet Equipments
