Job Description

A Customer Support and Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting company products.

The main duties and responsibilities for this role include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

Upselling and promoting company products to customers

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company database

Keeping track of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues

Meeting or exceeding sales targets

Continuously improving knowledge of company products and sales techniques

Staying updated on industry developments and competition.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred.
