& Hindi both.

➡ Should be interested in B2C Products

➡ Should be able to empathise with users.

➡ Must have basic knowledge about mobile technology.

➡ Must enjoy playing games

➡ Good computer skills are must

Roles & Responsibilities:

➡ Understanding, solving and replying to the player's queries on email, Play

Store reviews, or any other medium.

➡ Should become the voice of customer to the Product team

➡ Gathering deep knowledge of our games and keeping yourself updated about

new features released.

➡ Communicating player's issues with the Product and Tech team regularly and

clearly to get them resolved.
