Job Description

Summary of the role:

The resource will be handling a set of images that are received by the client. These images have to be processed in a real time basis. The resource has to apply descriptive caption and keywords. Its about Keywording, Meta data tagging, content moderation, Content Management and Web search enhancement.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Work on the incoming sets on an real time basis.

2. Apply caption, headline and keywords.

3. Process the images within the stipulated time and deliver them at the earliest.

4. Co-ordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure the required efficiency.

5. Co-ordinate with the client on in absence of a supervisor.

Interaction with:

1. Internally Supervisor and Manager.

2. Externally All the client POCs that are available online () during his/her shift timings

Growth opportunities for the role:

The candidate has good growth opportunities. The immediate growth opportunity that he/she can aim for is of a Team Leader/ Floor Supervisor.

Skills required:

1. Excellent command over English language.

2. Should be able to perform quick internet research.

3. Overall speed while working on a computer.

Work timings:

1. 5 Days working 2 weekly offs split offs

2. Males 3 shifts: 13:00 to 23:00, 18:30 to 04:30 & 22:00 to 08:00.

3. The current requirement is only for Male candidates.

Additional requirements:

The candidate has to be extremely flexible regarding her/his work days and shift timings. As we are committed to a 24x7 service to the client, the team has to adjust with rotation in shift timings and also rotational weekly offs and should be open to work on public holidays (in rotation).
