Job Description

- Fluent English to speak is compulsory.

- Only Night Shift.

- Any Software/Technical Experience is required.

- Manage incoming and outgoing calls for customer service inquiries.

- Provide information about products and services.

- Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
