Job Description

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting other products and services. Besides, they help place orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. They should be able to work under the immediate supervision of the team leader or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The candidate should be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or a related area with good command of the English language.

Freshers are welcome.
