Job Description

Should have knowledge of Stocks markets, FNO (Future and Option),

Intraday.

Basic understanding of mutual funds and stock market platform.

Strong English and Hindi communication Skills.

Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.

Candidates should handle stocks related Queries on Calls, Chat and Email. Should be flexible working with all the processes. *Exposure to tools like Fresh desk, Fresh sales, MS Office is a plus

Education:

MBA or bachelor's degree in any finance related are preferred field.

Bonus Points :

NISM Certification will be an added advantage.
