Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for candidate with following skills

Minimum 6 Months to 1 year of experience from Medical transcription Field.

Responsible to Maintain customer satisfaction by providing the best customer service to the customer over the calls/emails.

Responsible to Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call (Assist customer on query or process orders in the system).

Talk softly & be courteous with colleagues in the organization.

Responsible for the task assigned and meeting timelines.

Authorized to work in absence of the team member within the department.

Ability to assist lower-level personnel with the training of new technologies.

Good communication skills- written and verbal.

Team leadership, excellent skills in Planning, Problem Solving, and Opportunity Creation.

Regular Follow-up and co-ordination would be required

Candidates must be good at English communication.

Contract length: 6 months
