We are looking for Female Call Center Support for a Uniform Manufacturing and Distribution Company who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers by answering questions, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues. The Call Center Support must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to quickly troubleshoot customer inquiries.
The primary responsibilities of the Call Center Support include:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer support in a polite and professional manner
Investigating customer issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the company database
Resolving customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking orders, and making returns
Up-selling and cross-selling products and services to maximize customer satisfaction
Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service policies
Maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring customer feedback and adjusting customer service strategies
Other duties as assigned.
