Responsibilities:
Handling customer queries from different sources such as chats, calls, emails.
Ensuring a disciplined follow-up mechanism to acquire customers
Devising new plans to attract new customers or old customers to make a transaction.
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Creating policies and procedures.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor's Degree
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Computer skills.
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
